The best make-up is a good complexion

The best make-up is a good complexion. I do so envy those that have crystal clear skin with no blemish in sight. I wonder wether they are born with it or it is a result of good skin care. Maybe its both.

My skin is getting older now but I guess its not too late to take care of it. My skin is uneven in color. I have darker spots where my acne used to be. The acne is gone now due to my age but the spots and scars remain the same and they have turned a darker color.
