I'm that type who doesn't have enough in myself and find myself always asking myself, "R U so sure you can do this? OR Am I good enough?" And I think it come from upbringing, where my parents rarely praised us, like many traditional Chinese family. That's why now whenever my daughter did something good, I will praise her a little, to let her know she did something she should be proud of and deserve a clap, in order to encourage her and help building up her self-confidence level. Meanwhile also not over-praise her...hahaha...striking a balance between the two is tough. Well, blogging is way to speak our mind and share things we know in a positive way, it opens up a person's perspective as time goes by. <strong>Yalah Dolphine, I also find it hard to strike that balance of praising but not overdoing the praise.
