MG,
Oh...then very very similiar to my job. I'm almost there. 9 years. next yr will be 10. I wonder will I be a remisier next? cos I need change. 9 yrs in the training line is getting a little bored :(

Any recommendation?

Well, I guess in that line after a while there is no way up and the only way to gain more experiences is to leave and set up your own. Maybe you could do that. Recommendation ah... well, if you wanted to become a remisier all you need to do is sit for the exams and have a deposit then interview sure dapat one because its basically your own business.

I think managing events is the hardest thing to do. That is why I am not organising anything for my son's bday outside family!
hahahaha.....

I also don't organise my children's birthdays outside family. We usually celebrate it small, just the 4 of us. Hehe.

Your jobs really challenging. :)
My most stressful moments involved running pilot / qual lots for the first time, and tackled those unforeseen or unexpected problems and set the machine parameters for them. But the thing is, there's only 3 engineers in a whole floor of production line, without operators and technicians, so it's like 3 persons show. Gosh, I din know how I "survived" those times when we started a new floor of production line.

You one leg kick eh?

quite similiar to my job, but yours seems more of event organising for conferences. mine is short courses. :)

No, its not event organising for conferences. It is not an event and it is not a meeting of professionals. They're actually short 2-day courses sometimes with just one or two course leaders but sometimes with multi-speakers who all have to prepare training notes for the participants. They're there to teach the participants something new and its not just a gathering for networking purposes.

oh, you also make me reminds my 2 years working at a Japanese architecture design company. My goodness, Japanese people really have hard working ethos. I never come home at 5pm, always at 9 or above..Finnaly I couldn't focus either on my job or with the kids. Not fair for women, huh!
You know, I have been through as a FTWM,SAHM and WAHM and I had chosed WAHM is the best :)

Now you don't have to work till 9 anymore. You have to work 24/7. Haha.
