Its coming to the end of the year now as we are almost halfway through the first month of the last quarter of the year.
When I was a young single lady, I knew that the end of the year is approaching when I was busy planning for year end parties and company gatherings and trips and thinking about what party dresses to wear for those occassions.
Now, that I am a mother of two, I know that the end of the year is approaching, when I am busy helping the little ones prepare for their year-end tests and concerts and after that school holidays.
How do you know that the end of the year is approaching?
When I was a young single girl, I knew that the New Year is coming when, I wind down from my partying, make resolutions and get ready to start my year afresh at work.
Now that I am a mother of two, I know that the New Year is coming when, I start shopping for back to school stuff and I try to wind down the little ones from their school holiday activities and pep them up to get ready for the new school year.
How do you know that the New Year is coming?

I know that the New Year is coming because I am celebrating my little girl’s birthday on the 9th of Jan! What a good way to celebrate and welcome the new year!
That is surely the best way to welcome the year.
I know it is the year end when my work starts to become hectic and when the Christmas present list is starting to become stressful.
I know it is new year …… never!!! It bangs right in while I am asleep!
Do your Christmas shopping early before the crowds or do it online, then it won’t be stressful at all.
NOW, I know it’s the end of the year when the mommy bloggers out there blogging bout stuffs they had to do with their kids to prepare them for concerts! lol..
Haha. You are right. Going blog hopping does give you a pretty good idea what part of the year it is. Now, I know when is the Mid Autumn Festival, Winter Solstice, the Bak Chang Festival etc, all thanks to the mommy bloggers.

I know it’s almost the end of the year when yesterday I received my hubby confirmation flight for coming home on mid Dec. Yayy!! haha… sorry, no kids stuff for this moment :b

I know its end of the year coz my girl keeps on saying what she wants for her birthday a week before x’mas, how long she will stays at her popo’s house in KL in Dec and like you too, busy helping/preparing my girl for the year end test. Woo…time flies really..
