I Keep On Changing Roofing Contractors

It is the raining season again and that means my roof is leaking again. I’ve been through so many roof contractors but the matter remains unresolved. I remember one of the roofing contractors promised me that he will guarantee that my roof will no longer leak. So he repaired the roof, painted over the water marks and told me to wait and see and to call him back if the water seeps through the newly painted ceiling. In this manner, we will know whether there are any new leaks. That was what he told me.

However, when the new water mark appeared and I called him back to fulfill his guarantee, he was always too busy with other work. Finally, he agreed to come back but only if I paid him more. That was the worst of the lot. I’ve been through 5 roofing contractors if I am not mistaken, the tick tock, tick tock whenever it rains is beginning to irritate me more and more as the roof leak problem persists.

Changing contractors can be really tiring. It is December now. It would seem that at the end of every year, my new year resolution is to get the roof fixed!
